CORONA VIRUS LOCKDOWN UPDATE

  1. When will I receive my order – Your order will be scheduled for delivery as soon as the Kuwait government announces lock down restrictions have been lifted and deliveries are allowed to be made. To follow up with your order please WhatsApp customer care on +965-22261884 with your order number ready we are available 9am - 9pm every day.

  2. We are currently operational at all our locations, from 10am - 6pm, 7 days a week.

  3. Hotline is available 22261884, from 10am - 6pm, 7 days a week.

  4. What if I want to refund or exchange my item after I receive it – You have a 14 day window to refund or exchange your item from the DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM and not the date you have placed your order. To activate this service simply WhatsApp customer care with your order nuber ready on +965-22261884.

  5. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently prohibited due to the COVID-19 status in the country and until further notice.

  6. Operational hours may shift due to the correction status in the country, please keep an eye on our social media accounts @JYSK_Kuwait for real-time updates.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is KWD 5 for all locations within Kuwait.

Dhajeej and Shuwaikh, you can find us on google maps.

How much is Installation?

Installation starts from KWD 1 and can go up to KWD 9 depending the quantity, how big the products are and time consumption required for the products to be installed.

When will I receive my order?

After you receive your order confirmation via email, we will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Delivery will take place within 3-4 day for accessories and 5-7 days for furniture products. To follow up on your delivery please contact our customer service desk directly via email with a copy of your order number on customerservice@JYSK.com.kw or reach out to us on WhatsApp on 22261884. We’re available from 9am to 9pm – 7 days a week!

Is pick-up available?

Yes, a pick-up only entrance is available at Dhajeej store, 7 days a week! A customer service representative will contact you to communicate a pick-up date in advance. Please have your order number ready to collect your order.

What are your operation hours?

What payment methods do you accept

We accept all major Credit Cards, Knet.

Do you have cash on delivery?

No, only available E-payment

Are your products authentic?

All products sold on our website are 100% authentic. We receive all our products directly from JYSK Denmark.
